Pen & Oar is an artist-led design studio creating original artworks, silk scarves, limited-edition prints, and thoughtfully made objects.

2. Products

We make every effort to display our products, colours, and descriptions as accurately as possible. Due to differences in screen settings, slight variations in colour may occur.

As many of our products are created from original artworks, minor variations are part of their character and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice.

4. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Pen & Oar reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product availability, pricing errors, payment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded.

5. Shipping

Silk scarves, pocket squares, and limited-edition prints are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Original paintings require additional care in packing and handling. Dispatch timelines may vary, and we will contact you with an estimated shipping date after your purchase.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.

7. Original Paintings

All original painting sales are final.

Availability is subject to confirmation, as each artwork is one of a kind.

8. Intellectual Property

Pen & Oar® is a registered trademark of Pen & Oar. All artwork, illustrations, designs, logos, photographs, text, and other content on this website are the intellectual property of Pen & Oar unless otherwise stated. No part of this website may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

9. Product Care

Our silk products are delicate by nature. Please follow the care instructions provided on each product page to help preserve their quality. See Product Care page for further information.

Pen & Oar is not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, washing, or storage.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used only to process orders, communicate with you, and improve your shopping experience.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Although we will make every effort to respond quickly to applicable email messages, Pen & Oar is under no obligation to respond to all pieces of correspondence received through this site, or to maintain your submitted comments in confidence, or to pay compensation of any kind for your comments or submissions.
