When will my order ship?
Silk scarves, pocket squares, and limited edition prints are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days. Original paintings require additional care in packing and handling, so shipping timelines may vary. If you've purchased an original artwork, we'll be in touch with an estimated dispatch date after your order is placed.

Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review the product description, dimensions, and images carefully before placing your order.
What if my order arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What are the scarves made of?
Our scarves are made from 100% silk and printed from original Pen & Oar artworks.
Where are your products made?
Thoughtfully designed in Ahmedabad and made in India.
Will the colours look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to represent colours accurately. Slight variations may occur due to different screen settings.
Care
How should I care for my silk scarf?
We recommend professional dry cleaning. You can also gently hand wash in cool water with a mild detergent. See the Product Care page for more details.

Are these original ?
Yes. Each painting is an original, one-of-a-kind artwork created by Koral Adenwala.
Are the paintings framed?
Framing details are listed on each artwork page. Unless otherwise stated, the painting is sold with the frame shown.
Can I view a painting before purchasing?
If you're in Ahmedabad or would like additional photographs or videos, please get in touch before placing your order.
Do you accept commissions?

Can I return an original painting?
As each artwork is unique, all original artwork sales are final. If your painting arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
