Shipping

For orders within India

All orders usually gets shipped within 5-8 working days. You can expect a delivery between 7-14 days.

All other orders are subject to a delivery fee, depending on the delivery address. The delivery fees will be updated automatically at the time of checkout.

You will get a tracking link in your inbox as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 24hrs-48 hrs for the status of the shipment to correctly display at the tracking link.

In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid. For confirmation of delivery address, we may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you.

We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. Pen & Oar is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors beyond the control of Pen & Oar . We shall endeavor to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.

For International Orders:

International shipping may take 15-20 days or more depending on the nature of the product and destination. Shipping charges will vary depending on the country.

Custom duties, if applicable, would have to be paid at the time of delivery (which is not included in the shipping charge)

Cancellation & Refund

Each original painting, art prints, and all other products are lovingly designed, carefully packaged, and have gone through a thorough screening process before shipping. 

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the order is placed and hence there will be no refund.

If, in an extremely unavoidable circumstance, a cancellation request comes up before the product is shipped, we will try to hold the shipment but there is no guarantee that the cancellation request will be honoured.
